Digital Delivery Policy

A confirmed lesson package with your scheduled one-to-one lessons, access to the live online classroom, and any lesson materials (PDFs, worksheets, recordings or links) shared by your teacher.

Access is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed — normally within a few minutes. A confirmation email is sent to the address on your account.

Lessons themselves are delivered live at the dates and times agreed between you and your teacher, and appear in your portal as soon as they are scheduled.

Sign in at heraaacademy.com and open your portal. The “Join class” button becomes active 10 minutes before each lesson starts. Lesson materials are available for download from the same page.

You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser on a phone, tablet or computer. No additional software is required.

If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment, or you cannot join a lesson, contact us at heraaarabicacademy@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +20 155 415 0527 and we will restore access or reschedule the lesson at no cost.
