Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every family to feel confident enrolling with Heraa Academy. This policy explains when lessons can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.
Free trial
Every new student is offered a free trial lesson before purchasing. No payment is required to attend the trial.
Cancelling a lesson
You may cancel or reschedule an individual lesson free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice via your student portal or by contacting us. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice, or non-attendance, may be counted as a delivered lesson.
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any lessons in your package that have not yet been delivered. Delivered lessons are non-refundable.
If we cancel lessons and are unable to reschedule them, the affected lessons are refunded in full.
Refunds are not available where a package has been fully delivered, or where access has been terminated for breach of our Terms & Conditions.
How to request a refund
Email heraaarabicacademy@gmail.com from the address on your account, or message us on WhatsApp at +20 155 415 0527, stating your name and order details. We respond to all requests within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the currency of the original transaction; exchange-rate differences are outside our control.
