Terms & Conditions

Heraa Academy provides live, online one-to-one tutoring in Quran, Tajweed, Arabic, Islamic Studies and academic subjects. Lessons are delivered through our online classroom at the times scheduled between the student and the assigned teacher.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts for students under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

Lesson packages are priced in US Dollars (USD) by default; other currencies shown on the site are indicative conversions and the final charge is taken in the currency displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed by our authorised payment provider using secure, encrypted card processing. We do not store card details on our servers. Lessons are released once payment is confirmed.

Lessons may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice. A lesson missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice, may be counted as delivered.

If a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled at no cost or credited back to your account.

Students and guardians agree to behave respectfully towards teachers and staff. We may suspend or terminate access for abusive behaviour, fraud, attempts to bypass payment, sharing account access, or recording/redistributing lessons without written permission.

All lesson materials, recordings, curricula and branding remain the property of Heraa Academy and are provided for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled student only.

We aim to provide an uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Where a lesson is disrupted by a fault on our side, we will reschedule or credit it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected lessons.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
